The machine was purchased about 2 years ago (15/09/2011) and has been very reliable without any trouble. We purchased it with a 5 years guarantee - means this machine has STILL 2,5 years guarantee!
Simple to use, with lots of functions and the front loading feature uses less energy and water to keep bills low.

Delivery and installation is not included, however I have good handyman on hand who can install the washing machine; he is also an official installier from Bosch itself.
